Romeria San Jose Rider with Horse at Sanlucar kiosk, Photo by Lifecruiser

Feeling thirsty? Stop at the kiosk as this rider did in Sanlucar de Barrameda, Spain, last year when we were there.

Come back here for the rest of the amigos – not only drinks – in a day or two.

How cool!! I often wish we would ride by a kiosque when we’re out in the Niger bush!
The horse is beautiful and he looks very “barb-ish”, but then again, many of the Spanish breeds have barb blood in them, which the Arabs brought with them from North Africa when they conquered Southern Spain some one thousand years ago…
    Greetings from Niger!

It’s kindof funny to see people ride horses on city streets. They still do that in Spain?

Now THIS is one beautiful blue sun-n-sea blog!

It has been much updated since I remember it 2 years ago when I was a Photo Hunter. I had a lame blog then with no comments, but thank God that horror is long since past me now. I have a shiny new WordPress blog with comments and widgets and all the wonderful trimmings. yay!!!

I had saved your blog name from my old site, where you had signed my guestbook. Whee-hoo.

My dream vacation country is Spain mainly because a lot of our words were derived from Spanish. :) Hopefully before 2013 I can travel to Spain. :)
