Finally we did catch a view of The Old Town = Gamla Stan in Stockholm when we were out on our photo trip today. There were so much people outside, because of the fact that we now have the nice weather back again after weeks with bad weather. Every one were enjoying the sun and Stockholms activities. Some music events downtown too, so we had music to our work, walking around shooting. A beautiful day in a beautiful town, together - what more can we demand from life? (Besides a beer, we got very thirsty from all the walking…)
NOTE: We are picky. From the 500 photos we took, we have only 4 favorites!

Beautiful! Reminds me of our trip to Scotland. Very nice photo. I played too. Stacie

Lifecruiser: Yes, I can see how you got the connection there.

gorgeous. I think I could handle a walk around there- and some beer.

Lifecruiser: It truly is gorgeus, more than you can see on this photo. When you walk in the alleys, down the street looking at all thes old buildings, it’s like being thrown back in time.

Happy Saturday, my photo is up!

Lifecruiser: That’s so funny, we were exactly the same time at each others blogs and commented!

Oh, how fun :). I truly miss the European summers. There is always so much to do. I just talked with my mom this morning and she mentioned that it finally got nice outside - now it is a little on the warm side - at least in Germany.
    Thanks for stopping by.

Lifecruiser: Yes, it’s truly great when it’s summer. It will have to compensate for the rest of the year!

Oh, and I thought I took a lot of photos. (Well, I do, but not as many as you.) I wish we could at least see all four favourites.

My SPH is up. I haven’t had time to do a lot of visiting today. I am trying to make up for it tonight. The blogroll is just getting so long though. SPH is popular!

Lifecruiser: You can see them soon. We’re going to upload them to Flickr later. Just click on the topmenu photo next time you come back here.

Wow! What a beautiful place! I’d love to walk around, listening to the music, looking at the old buildings, snapping photos, and of course, drinking a refreshing beverage! :)

Lifecruiser: Yes, it was one of the times when we really love Stockholm, seen from the very best side :-)

Beautiful shot. Four is pretty good. Sometimes I only get one.

Lifecruiser: I know, it’s the same here, but this time we thought that we had such an object to shoot! There is so many things to shoot on the path we walked.

Nice picture. Hope neither of you fell in the water after the beer..

Lifecruiser: You would have liked that, hah? What a story to tell. If we had told you about it. Which we wouldn’t, so now you can’t be sure if we did or not, ha!

That might actually have been a good thing, since Stockholms water is very clean and we needed water after all the walking :-)

Ilove the structures! SUch beautiful buildings around… I’d love to get lost around them with my camera for a few days!

Lifecruiser: This city has sooooo much to offer when it comes to shooting pics, so you could be here for very long and still keep busy shooting new objects!

I was fortunate enough to go to Stockholm for a business trip and was there for two weeks. Great city and people. I enjoyed my time there very much and even learned to sign Happy Birthday in Swedish! One regret - I didn’t get the time to go to the Vasa Museum because there was so much to do outside. If I ever go back I’m going there.

Lifecruiser: Yes, Wasa museum is very quite interesting, so I understand you wanna come back! I’m sure there is a lot of other things you missed to explore too, so do come back. Let me know if you ever will :-)
